If you purchase your ticket online we now send you an ‘e-ticket’ which is attached to an email sent out after you make your purchase. If you do not receive this email please make sure you check your spam email too. If you have lost the email or deleted it by mistake you can log back into your ThatsTheTickets account and download your invoice, bring that with you to the site. Your ThatsTheTickets account will have a history of all your tickets
Child, Thursday extension tickets and teen tickets can only be purchased if you have purchased or are purchasing a weekend adult ticket.
For the system to know you already have an adult weekend ticket, you will need to sign into your account before putting the child, Thursday or Teen ticket into your basket.
If this fails, close all open browser window open on ThatsTheTickets, open a new tab, and sign into your account
Sign into your account on ThatsTheTickets. Go to your account and you will see all the tickets you have bought. Simply download the tickets you are wanting to print out

The box office/ Information Center opens from 9.00 am to 8pm on Thursday and Friday and from 10am to 8pm on Saturday and Sunday. Simply bring your e-tickets, or any other ticket and receive your wristbands on your arrival at the vehicle gate.
Please note we do not accept order numbers as proof of having a ticket. Please print your ticket with your QR code or download it before you arrive. If you have not done so you will need to find somewhere you can get online and download your tickets
Children 11 years or under will gain free entrance to Sunshine Festival when accompanied by an adult with a ticket. Children must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times. ID is required for everyone upon entry to Sunshine Festival and there is a ‘Challenge 21’ policy in place.
Our teen tickets are for people aged 12 to 17.
The campsite opens at 8am on Friday for Full Weekend with Camping tickets holders. If you’ve purchased the Thursday arrival add-on, you may arrive from 8am on the Thursday.
Yes you can park one car for security and ease of loading/unloading.
An Adult Full weekend ticket- This ticket allows you to camp and includes caravans, campervans or motorhomes at no extra charge.
Yes, we have toilets in camping areas and shower Blocks. We work hard to keep these clean and functioning. The festival busses will have a shower drop off point
Toilets are also in the main arena including disabled/easy access facilities.
No. Vehicles have been classed as weapons by the UK government and as a result driving within the festival grounds is prohibited. You may park one vehicle next to your campsite and in the car park provided.
We have busses that have a variety of pick up points throughout the festival boundaries.
Children and vulnerable people are walking down access routes at all times. Please be careful.
The speed limit on access routes at the festival is 5 miles per hour
No, campervans and caravans will be parked in the main campsite. When parking, you must follow the campsite marshal’s instructions and park within the guidelines of your designated space. Please be advised that there is no power available on site for caravans or motorhomes.
We don’t have any electric hook-ups for campers. Also, generators are not allowed in the camping area.
Like all major festivals, you are not permitted to take your own alcohol or food into the arena. You are permitted to have your own food and alcohol in the campsite.
Yes. Each year sees the further development of our independent food village. Every trader has been carefully selected to ensure a great selection of cuisines.
You may have BBQ’s in the camping area ONLY. BBQ’s must be attended at all times and must be kept off the ground (raised up structure only – no disposable BBQs as not to damage the Meadow.
Fire Pits are not permitted in line with Fire Authority Regulations
Yes, of course you may bring your dog to our festival. We ask that they are kept on leads within the arena areas and that you do not leave them in cars at any point. Owners are responsible for their dogs and are to bag their mess up and dispose of it appropriately.
Please do not bring your dogs close to the stage speakers. These can damage a dogs sensitive ears. Consider dog ear muffs.
Yes, there is ample free parking for those who choose to travel in every day in our car park which can be found on this map
Sky lanterns and individual fireworks are not permitted to be let off at Sunshine Festival due to Fire Authority Regulations.
The site is reasonably flat although it is not always even as it is a natural field. There are wheelchair/easy access toilets at the festival supervised by our First Aid providers. These disabled toilets also contain the baby changing facilities.
Mobility scooters can be charged at our first aid center.
We are always looking for new talent. Submit your details using this form. Please note, we receive hundreds of requests from performers so we cannot answer them all. Please add as much detail as you can in your submission
We pride ourselves on having great food vendors and traders. If you feel you would fit in at Sunshine, please fill in this form. We get hundreds of requests fro traders each year and cannot respond to them all. However, leave as much detail as possible and we will get in touch if there are openings

The payment plan is done over three monthly installments. The first months payment is a NON REFUNDABLE deposit. Your ticket must be paid for in FULL before the tickets are released and validated.
Please note: ThatsTheTickets do not retain your card details. Your account will not be automatically debited your deposit for the duration of your plan. Please sign into your account and pay each installment when due
