• We are committed to protecting your privacy. Personal details and email addresses will not be passed to third parties except as needed to inform you of SC ENTERTAINMENTS events and promotions.

• Wristband Policy: Wristbands must be worn at all times and are required for admission and re-entry. Wristbands removed or tampered with will be invalid and not replaced. Lost or missing wristbands will not be replaced.
• Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable. In the event of cancellation due to force majeure or other uncontrollable events, tickets will be exchanged for a credit voucher valid for two years.
• Children aged 10+ require a general admission ticket and must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
• Admittance of children and teens to the festival is conditional upon being accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Children’s wristbands must be worn at all times.

• All persons may be searched at the entrance. Prohibited items will be confiscated.
• SC ENTERTAINMENTS reserves the right to refuse admission or eject individuals for harmful or dangerous behaviour, intoxication, illegal substance use, or non-compliance with festival rules.
• The festival takes place on uneven farmland. The ground is uneven and contains natural and man made obstacles such as, but not limited to, hedgerows, drainage ditches, tree stumps, animal burrows, fencing and floodplains. Please keep to the paths, roads and marked rights of way. SC ENTERTAINMENTS cannot be held responsible for injury or damage that results from people deviating from designated roads, pathways and access routes.
• All festival goers consent to being filmed or photographed for public broadcast and security purposes.

• Only tickets purchased from official agents are valid. Unauthorised tickets will be refused admission.
• Ticket promotions and early bird sales are subject to change and may be withdrawn at SC ENTERTAINMENTS’ discretion.
• Installment payments are available until July 30th. Tickets will be issued once full payment is received.

• Guide dogs & disability assistance dogs are permitted, as are pet dogs. SC ENTERTAINMENTS takes no responsibility for the welfare of dogs. At Sunshine Festival, owners are responsible for their dogs and within the Arena dogs should be kept on leads and should clean up after them.
• Car checks will be in operation. Please do not leave your dogs in the cars.

• SC ENTERTAINMENTS is not responsible for lost or stolen property or damage to vehicles caused by attendee negligence.
• Contractors, suppliers, performers, and first aid services must hold valid public liability insurance and are responsible for their own actions.
• All staff, security, and volunteers are responsible for their actions, with SC ENTERTAINMENTS disclaiming liability for off-duty conduct.

• No glass bottles, alcohol, or illegal substances are allowed into the arena.
• Trading without prior consent, the use of drones, fireworks, and the burning of plastics are strictly prohibited.
• Smoking is banned in enclosed public spaces as per local law.
